Marks & Spencer

In November 2025, we delivered the relocation and complete new headquarters of the nationwide operations of Marks & Spencer. The project comprised a comprehensive office solution, from interior design and fit-out to the final delivery of furnishings. The scope included office and seating furniture, bespoke furniture solutions, acoustic elements, sliding partitions, and acoustic booths. The design focused on functionality, acoustic comfort, and flexible use of space in line with the requirements of an international corporate headquarters. The new offices are located in Palác Melantrich in the centre of Prague - a building where one of the brand’s first major stores in the Czech Republic opened in 2000. The project thus reflects the historical context of the location.
